About The Team

Penny Kavallares is the owner of Lydney Osteopaths and qualified from the British School of Osteopathy (now the University College of Osteopathy). She works with a combination of traditional osteopathy, cranial osteopathic techniques and where appropriate may also use ultrasound therapy and kinesiology taping.
As well as enjoying treating a wide range of ages and a variety of conditions Penny has a special interest and plenty of experience in treating babies and children and has done a great deal of postgraduate training in this field including recently completing a 2 year Paediatric Osteopathy Diploma with the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.

Andy Graves qualified from Swansea University and works with traditional osteopathic techniques and where appropriate kinesiology taping.
As well as enjoying treating a wide range of ages and conditions he also has a special interest in sports injuries and exercise rehabilitation and holds a level 3 personal training diploma alongside his osteopathic qualification.
All of our osteopaths are fully insured and registered with the General Osteopathic Council and as such are committed to completing 30 hours of continual professional development per year to keep up to date and broaden their knowledge.
