Penny Kavallares D.O., Therapist, is the owner of Lydney Osteopaths and qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1985 (now the University College of Osteopathy).

Due to only working limited hours now Penny has chosen to no longer be a member of the register of osteopaths so as such is no longer an ‘Osteopath’ but still offers the same treatment as previously and is fully insured.

She works with a combination of cranial-sacral therapy and manual therapy She is generally at Lydney Osteopaths on alternate Mondays but is not taking on any new patients at present.

Alexandra Orchard, Osteopath, graduated from Swansea University and treats a variety of patients from pre-teens, teens and adults using traditional osteopathic techniques.
Alex enjoys treating sports injuries; being a huge advocate for fitness and exercise, but also has plenty of experience in desk-related issues such as back and neck pain. Alex has done further training in sports taping and is currently undergoing paediatric training. 
Outside of work Alex loves running, weight-lifting, yoga, traveling and reading.
She is generally at Lydney Osteopaths Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Nina Brereton, Osteopath, graduated from the British School of Osteopathy (now the University College of Osteopathy ) and treats a variety of patients from pre-teens, teens and adults using traditional osteopathic techniques.
Nina has worked across a wide range of clinic settings in Dorset, London, Wales and Bristol. This breadth of experience enables her to treat a diverse variety of conditions and patients, adapting her approach to meet each individual’s needs.
She is married to a fellow osteopath, Tom, and they have two children. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys walks with her dog, reading, cooking and travelling, activities that support the balanced lifestyle she values both personally and professionally.
She is generally at Lydney Osteopaths Wednesdays and Fridays.
 
 

Both of our osteopaths are fully insured and registered with the General Osteopathic Council and as such are committed to completing 30 hours of continual professional development per year to keep up to date and broaden their knowledge.
