Lydney Osteopaths opened in 2013, but its founder Penny Kavallares has a wealth of experience to offer with over 30 years as an osteopath treating the whole family. Our team of osteopaths are all full members of the UK statutory register of osteopaths, the registering body being the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and are all fully insured.

What to expect from your osteopathic appointment during the pandemic .


To reassure all of our patients old and new we will be continuing to work in full PPE and will be requesting that patients still wear one of our medical type IIR face masks during their visit despite the government changes on Monday 19th July.We will also be continuing with our thorough cleaning regime between patients and keeping the treatment room well ventilated.If you are medically exempt from wearing a mask please let us know before your appointment so extra measures can be taken.

Lydney Osteopaths is situated near the centre of Lydney on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean. Ideally situated for patients in the Forest of Dean, Monmouth and Chepstow areas. The practice has its own free parking and disabled access (please advise ahead of time if disabled access is required).
