First appointment with Martin, what a cracking chap, certainly knows his stuff and cured my pain with 1 session and a few exercises to do at home. Highly recommend this chap.

I had a burning type pain in my feet for about 10 years. holding me back from working full time, hiking, sport. My GP tried to find the problem again and again. x rays , MRI , Blood tests. Nothing found. Nothing over 10 years. My mum mentioned my problem at her appointment with This osteopath. I got booked in and She sorted it. Turns out I had a vain trapped which she recognized during my appointment. I’m posting this after a 5 hour shift at work, with no pain in my feet. I’m shocked and relived.

I can’t thank Penny enough, she not only helped me with all of my problems, but she also helped BOTH my children – aged 7 and 9. My 7 year old had trouble focusing on anything and was terribly accident-prone, however, after a few sessions with Penny, he was more focused and spent less time at A&E! My 9 year old daughter always seemed to be in a bad mood and woke unbelievably early in the morning, no matter what time she went to bed. Penny released some of the pent up tension in my daughter, and she became a “normal” stroppy 9 year old, who actually slept until 6.30 / 7am!

As a professional dog walker who has played too much sport previously and my body often tells me this, I have regular sessions with Penny to keep my body working so I can work/walk. She always provides great advice and exercises when necessary to complement her treatments. Highly recommend for anyone with any sort of back pain for a one off or regular treatments. Incredibly professional and personable at the same time.
